Failure, It is not an option, but it happens

I came an interesting post at the Studentlinc Blog that lists some questions to ask in order to better learn from your mistakes. The list they got comes from the book, Increasing Your Leadership Confidence, by Bobby Biehl.

Everyone fails at one point in their life, but it is these failures that seperate the winners and losers. Winners look at their failures and see them as opportunities. They learn from what they did wrong and grow from them. On the other hand, when losers fail they move onto something different because they are scared to fail again.

Are you willing to grow from your failures, or are you going to let them stop you?
