Anyone can make a difference
“If you think you’re too small to make a difference, you’ve never been in bed with a mosquito.”
– Anita Roddick, founder, The Body Shop
This quote really made me think about how as a recent college graduate that I still can make an impact. I am lucky that I am working for a company that encourages us to make a difference. As a future leader my goal is to show young people that even though they might not have a lot of experience, they still can make a difference. I believe that this is a big part of being a leader because a lot of people do not see their potential. Like, the mosquito, we can a nice bite too if we know what we can do.
I came across this quote the Leadership Notebook Blog.

Making a difference is a choice. Making a difference with others who want to make a difference is even better.
